Beeswax Pillar Candles
from $12.00

“Look at how a single candle can both defy and define the darkness.” ― Anne Frank

Beautiful in any setting.

Classic beeswax pillars made only from 100% pure beeswax and carefully chosen cotton wicks. The beeswax has been lightly filtered, taking out just the right amount of particulate to produce a smooth burn while keeping the sweet honey scent and gorgeous natural color intact.

Candle care and burning instructions for all pillars: Always remove all paper labels and burn on a level surface. Trim wick to ¼” before lighting. To prevent smoke and wick charring, extinguish wick by using a tool to dunk the wick in the wax pool and return the wick to an upright position. Never leave candles unattended.

For 2” dia. pillars: To avoid dripping, burn for no longer than 90 minutes at a time.

For 3” dia. pillars: To avoid tunneling, burn for at least 3 hours per burn and mold the warm sides in toward the flame. This will melt the walls, utilizing all of the available fuel, and thus extend the overall burn time. It will also raise the molten wax level, and shrink any oversized flame.

To prevent uneven burning and potential dripping, use a metal tool to redirect a curled or angled wick to the opposite direction. To prevent wick breakage when doing this, be sure to nudge the wick below the level of the molten pool where the wick is not burned and thus stronger.
